The Pavilion

Jensen Builders Ltd. partnered with the City of Fort Dodge to deliver The Pavilion, a 52,000 SF sports complex with attached tenant space. Serving as General Contractor, our team managed all aspects of the commercial build, completing the project in just 13 months. We self-performed the concrete, steel, and carpentry work to ensure quality and efficiency throughout construction.
