Sternquist Construction

Jensen Builders Ltd. completed a design-build, 18,000 SF pre-engineered metal building for Sternquist Construction in Indianola, Iowa. The project features 2,600 SF of office space with a mezzanine for future expansion, along with storage, a mechanic shop, and a full-length wash bay. Self-performing the concrete, steel, and carpentry allowed us to deliver the facility with efficiency and quality in just seven months.
