Jensen Builders Ltd. completed the design-build of a 2-story office building for Precision Pulley & Idler in Pella, Iowa. The project, with a total square footage of 6,100, includes a partial basement and an elevator. Jensen Builders self-performed all aspects of the construction, including concrete work, steel erection, and carpentry.
