Norwalk Community School Addition

In 2021, Jensen Builders Ltd. completed a 70,000 sq. ft. gymnasium addition to the Norwalk Community School in Norwalk, Iowa. The project featured a large clear span gymnasium, a new basketball court, a wrestling room, and a second-level weight and fitness center. Jensen Builders Ltd. also self-performed the concrete work and steel erection as part of their bid package contractor responsibilities.
