Jensen Builders Ltd. partnered with Johnson Hardwoods on a design-build, 41,500 SF office and warehouse in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. Serving as general contractor, we self-performed the concrete and steel erection, ensuring quality and control throughout construction. The project was successfully completed in just nine months, providing Johnson Hardwoods with a modern facility built for long-term growth.
