Iowa Central Learning Center

Jensen Builders Ltd. successfully delivered the Iowa Central Learning Center for Iowa Central Community College under a Construction Manager at Risk (CMaR) contract, providing a modern, 23,400-square-foot facility designed to support student learning and development. The new two-story center consolidates services and programs that were previously spread across four locations into a single, accessible hub. Designed to support a wide range of academic and workforce training programs, the facility strengthens the college’s role in the community by expanding opportunities for students and fostering partnerships with local businesses.
