Iowa Central Community College- AST Roof Replacement

Roof replacement for approximately 80,000 sf of the Applied Science & Technology Building at Iowa Central Community College in Fort Dodge Iowa, including full removal of existing roofing systems down to the structural deck and installation of a new insulated membrane roof system. Work included replacement of roof drains, flashings, parapet caps, and expansion joints, along with removal, replacement, and coordination of rooftop mechanical equipment and associated curbs. Project also includes integration with existing construction, maintaining building operations during construction, and providing all related demolition, protection, and restoration required to complete the work.
