Echo Electric Office & Storage Facility

Construction of a new Echo Electric Office and Storage facility located in Carroll, Iowa consisting of a pre-engineered metal building with integrated office, warehouse, and mezzanine spaces. The project includes approximately 20,575 sf of ground-level building area with an additional 5,942 sf mezzanine, featuring business, mercantile, and storage occupancies with full mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems. Scope of work includes site development (grading, utilities, paving, and stormwater management), concrete foundations and slabs, structural steel framing, building enclosure systems, interior buildout, and associated site improvements including parking, loading dock, and utility connections.
