Crawford County YMCA

Jensen Builders Ltd. served as CMAR and general contractor for the new 72,000-square-foot Crawford County YMCA community wellness center in Denison, Iowa. The 18-month project includes a multi-court gym, indoor turf field, running track, fitness areas, locker rooms, and full site development. Jensen Builders Ltd. self-performed concrete, steel, and carpentry, completing approximately 70% of the project with its own crews.
