Casey’s Corporate Hangar
A new corporate hangar servicing the Casey’s Store Support Center, featuring a single 100' x 26' hydraulic hangar door and 1,600 SF of pilot and support-staff offices with an integrated lounge. Delivered as a design-build aviation project, the team self-performed roughly 70 percent of the work, including concrete, steel, and carpentry. The hangar was completed in a six-month design-to-finish schedule.
