Our long history of managing projects as a general contractor and self-performing concrete work and pre-engineered metal building work throughout the state of Iowa uniquely qualifies Jensen Builders Ltd as a Construction Manager at Risk.  On average, we self-perform 70% of all contract dollars on our projects.  We recently have embraced the CMaR process and have been chosen on multiple projects with Iowa Central Community College and the City of Denison Iowa.   Our goal is to provide these services and continued successful construction experiences to meet your goals.

Jensen Builders Ltd has a skilled labor force of approximately 265 people that work in the central Iowa area and self-perform concrete, steel erection, pre-engineered metal building work, precast erection, rough carpentry, and finish carpentry, as well as providing dedicated and knowledgeable Construction Management and Supervision leadership.  We utilize local subcontractors and suppliers for all our projects, to the largest extent possible.  This combined with our in-house capabilities to provide the necessary support, ensures better control of quality, budget, and schedule on every project we complete.
